Vijayanagar Education Academy started Vijayanagar school of nursing in the year 1994 which was recognized by Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi and permanently recognized by Karnataka Nursing Council and Government of Karnataka.
There after Vijayanagar Educational Academy started Vijayanagar college of nursing, Bangalore during the year 2002. It is recognized by Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi Vide No. 11-89/2000. INC Dated April 2003 it is also recognized by Karnataka Nursing Council & Government of Karnataka.
Vijayanagar college of nursing if affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science and working as perriles and norms of above said bodies. Vijaynagar College of Nursing has gone on to become one among the top and main Nursing colleges in Bangalore
